All feed phosphates are not equal in term of quality and digestibility. This section highlights simple analytics tests which can be implanted in laboratories to evaluate the quality of feed phosphates. To be absorbed, feed phosphates need to be solubilized!

Because feed phosphates are necessary for animal nutrition and animal welfare, the digestibility concepts are also descripted specie by specie. Furthermore, specific attention must be paid to impurity like fluorine, cadmium and arsenic. Those undesirables substances must be controlled on a regular basis to provide only high quality feed phosphates for animal nutrition.
